NIRD&PR is country’s apex organization for training and research on rural development. Institute broadly follows UGC pay scales for academic positions. NIRD&PR invites applications in prescribed format for the following faculty posts on direct recruitment :

1. Assistant Professors : 6 Posts (UR-3, OBC-1, SC-1, ST-1), Pay Scale: Rs.15600-39100 Grade pay Rs.6000
2. Associate Professors : 6 Posts (UR-3, OBC-2, SC-1), Pay Scale: Rs.37400-67000 Grade pay Rs.9000
